Bordermark is a small, independent editorial desk. We read everything, and we especially want to hear two things: a country whose VPN rules have changed, and any entry on our board you believe is out of date or inaccurate. Accuracy is the whole product here.

A note on what we can't do

We can't give legal advice or tell you whether your specific plan in a specific country is lawful — only a qualified local professional or an official source can. What we can do is point you to the current rules and keep our guides dated and honest. Please don't send us anything you consider legally sensitive.
